Chromatica: Out Of Bounds
Chromatica: Out Of Bounds
An explosion of musical colors and soundscapes in an electric trio setting fused together to create a modern progressive jazz sound with an edge. notes Ric DelNero (Guitar) began writing and performing music at an early age. He studied at the Atlanta Institute of Music and went on to graduate from Berklee College of Music. Recent projects include writing, arranging and performing with the jazz-rock group 180 along with appearing as a composer, arranger and guest performer on several recording projects. Ric is currently composing, performing and giving private music instruction.
David "Ike" Eisenhower (Percussionist) has been playing drums for better than four decades. His studies were with local instructors that eventually led to travels to NYC to study with Henry Alder. Dave graduated from the Navy School of Music and remained in the service an additional four years playing in Navy Jazz. He is very active with several current CD projects but also sets aside time to privately instruct young percussionists.
Dave Sabo (Bass) has been a hard working performer playing the local music circuit for years. He was a member and founder of the classic rock group Hocus Pocus and played bass guitar in the jazz-rock group 180. Dave has appeared on many local CD projects as a guest artist and is currently active in the local music scene.

Author: John R.
Awesome playing by Ric DelNiro! He's his own man, with a good bit of Holdsworthian thrown in for good measure. Some neat harmonic and rhythmic edges add to the interest of the tunes. Hope to hear more from these guys, especially in this subgenre that has been largely lost to more diluted forms of late.....
