Pianist and composer Herbie Hancock is currently working on a new jazz-funk and hip-hop hybrid album, for which he has recruited such artists as Kendrick Lamar, Flying Lotus, Common, Wayne Shorter, Kamasi Washington, and Snoop Dogg.
