Some very nice, thoughtful playing and tasteful arrangements makes this eclectic offering a delight for the ears. Wright's proficiency on the unique Warr guitar is inspiring, combining great sounds to round out this fusion blend of jazz standards and original tunes. Sax playing by Robin Rader blends sweetly and seamlessly with Wrght's tones. Trumpet/flugel work by Dave Erwin shows Freddy Hubbard and Blue Mitchell influences.
