“LIVE” is José de Castro’s fourth work and it is composed of 16 songs recorded on live on November 21st and 22nd, in “Rigoberta Menchu” Theatre in Leganés. The band that accompanies José is: José Vera on bass, Enzo Filippone on drum and Alexis Hernández on Hammond. It is edited in a double CD by his own record label “Jopilines Records” and with a well-cared presentation. This live record is the result of a series of concerts made all around Spain, and it shows a really solid and compact band that have placed in so important events as “Namm Show” in Los Angeles, California.

The record has been mixed by “Oscar DINADER” and mastering by “Joe Gastwirt” in Los Angeles, CA. The selected songs are part of the three previous studio records, and are composed and arranged by José de Castro.

José has played with so prestigious guitarists as Joe Satriani, Michael Landau, Paul Gilbert and Scott Henderson, among other musicians.

Jopi (as he is also known) is one of the guitarist, on live and studio, most demanded on the Spanish musical scene, it is easy to see him on Spanish stages accompanying top seller artists, on records, documentaries, TV programs, etc..
